What happens once you weight goal is made.You don\'t need to lose more weight.Also,can you feel the device.Do you always know it\'s there?
Answer 1 Today in the fast paced lifestyle everyone needs to be healthy and fit. People are getting concerned about their fitness and health care. The overweight people needs additional effort in order to loss their weight and live a healthier life.
Although every people are getting concerned that they need to go through some weight loss program in order to have a perfect fitness appearance instead of what reasonable is for their body weight. It is necessary for one to know the basic features one must have to be the right candidate for weight loss which are following:-
• BMI (Body Mass Index) – Must be more than 25.
• Waist-Hip Ratio- Higher than .8 for woman and higher than 1.0 for men.
• Stomach Girth- Required measurement more than 35 inches for woman and more than 40 for men.
It may sound easy to just think of starting weight loss programs but putting it in action is far more difficult to do. You need to be well-determined and properly planned in order to bring change in your life as it keeps you motivated and focused in achieving the target. But all the fitness programs do not help you reach your target. Impractical and aggressive weight loss aims demoralize your efforts. All you need to do is to follow the standard of goal setting which is the only key to setting weight loss target. Have a specific, considerable, manageable, realistic and feasible goal setting.
Instructions:-
• Start with some small daily goals. It may be like losing 1 pound per week. Have 20 minutes walk every day around your neighborhood and try to avoid fatty stuffs.
• Step towards intermediate goal that comparatively will be much determined than the original goal. It will include 1 hour morning walk with limited food intake per meal.
• Have a Big-picture target that will include the ultimate amount of weight you have to loose till the end of the program. Commit yourself for jogging and various fitness activities regularly.
• Have proper time management for each program whether it is small target or the big one. Keep rewarding yourself as you succeed in your plans.
