Question: Spitting up ?
Lately When I eat or drink something it seemes like im stoped up from my cheest up to my throat. It helps to spit it up for comfort but it dont seem right that thats what I have to do.. THe spit up seems real salivey and it kinda just BLLUPs out.

• Taking larger bites than the recommended size.
• Taking food too quickly than required.
• Not chewing the food properly before you swallow.
• Consumption of too large volume of food than recommend one.
• Eating quite dry or tough food.
What should be done in the situation:-
• Stop eating immediately while you feel like fullness that is denoted by the chest discomforts, pressure or strain signs.
• Eat slowly as it gives enough time to your body to recognize and send the signal of fullness to your brain to stop you from overeating.
• Constant spitting up may be an alarming signal that requires you to consult your surgeon instantly.
• You must maintain an adequate fluid intake otherwise its deficiency may lead to dehydration.
