I have had the lap band surgery and gained some weight back and now it feels that my band is causing my pain in my left side, what should i do?

As far as the left side pain is concerned, it can be due to acid reflux that occurs when the acid arising in the stomach gets back in the esophagus leading to heartburn or Gastroesophageal reflux problems. Eating large chunk foods in hurry can also cause the pain. Another reason due to which pain occurs is when the lap band gets too tighten. So, unfill some solution from it and avoid eating large chunk foods in hurry. Apart from this, you must also visit your doctor once so that he can better explain about the things going on.
