Question: Drinking Liquids ?
What happens when I feel that something is stuck and I drink some water? Does that push the food down to my stomach? The reason why I am asking is because it has happen before and I eat more than usual.

Yes drinking water at the time when you are eating flus food in to stomach and thus it totally disturb the process of lap band. Now with this activity you won’t achieve fullness status. This means even after taking more food than usual you will not be able to feel full and to be full you will eat more and more so never try to drink water at the time when you are eating. Drink water at least 30 mintues before and after taking food.
If you are getting problem that food stuck then try to eat slowly and chew it properly. Chew one bit atleast 10 to 14 times so that you will not get such kind of problem. Drinking lots of water can also create some other problem so beware with that and if you getting problem stuck even after chewing properly then consult with your surgeon immediately.
